How to use my cute frame borders in photoshop?

First of all, download my cute "frame borders" and save it on your computer. Then open up "photoshop" to start editing your picture with my cute "frame borders". Open up my cute "frame borders" preview 1 preview 2.

Once you have the "frame borders" in photoshop create a new layer ---->

Once you create a new layer. Open up the picture you want to work on. Then put the "frame borders" on top of the your picture. Make sure you resize your picture first. Then, your finish! And save it as picture. preview 3
